What a beautiful poem, and a beautiful tribute to the pianist you admire! I\'m thrilled to welcome you to MPS and look forward to more from you.

WELCOME TO MPS FELINE ! Thanks for a very elegant and nostalgic first poem ! I can empathise because my Dad is a Classical Pianist and Church Organist ! At night the Moonlight Sonata (very soporific) would drift up into my bedroom and send me to sleep ! He is not so fluent on the keyboard (and you imply this for your Friend) now as he once was ~ but his melodies are still as beautiful and when he got married he had to choose between a PIANO (rosewood upright grand !) and a HOUSE ~ He bought the Piano and rented a House ! Your lovely haunting poem struck a chord with me and i loved every note ! More please ! Please check my Poems Yours BRIAN (UK)
