This enables the Earth to sustain Life and there are dynamic Mineral Cycles (Water ~ Oxygen ~ Nitrogen ~ Carbon ~ Phosphorus ~ Potassium etc) and complex Food Chains & Webs which keeps the Biosphere in equilibrium ! Since the Industrial Revolution Man has disturbed the equilibrium buy exploiting the Earth Resources and Pollution ~ but the Earth fights back & restores equilibrium which is why a doubling or the atmospheric CO2 has caused a 1C rise in average temperature etc ! WE are the only living Planet in the Solar System and to date ~ The Milky Way ! We also have a fabulous Moon which does more than we know !
