WELCOME ANGIE ~ Thanks for your first poem ~ which gives us much food for thought ! In some sense we are all \"crowd pleasers\" so we all make decisions to please our Families ~ Friends & Employers. In the UK most Firms have a dress code and more importantly a conduct code and our Families all have foibles and also our Friends ~ We make choices to please them not ourselves ~ as you point out. Of course you matter (we all do) and the message your awesome visual sends to me is CARPE DIEM (Seize the Day !) Sunset closes one day (its over let it go !) and Sunrise starts another ! Let the MISTAKES of yesterday die with the day ~ and start with a clean slate tomorrow.
