hello karina , i love this ! i deal with mental health problems and at times it can be very hard, it has been and it can be.. but i do have my better days , by better moments, like today ! thanks for sharing this .. i think there is a lof of discrimination around mental illness and it doesnt seem right or fair , people usually dont want to talk about it and sometimes , personally myself , i have even felt like people treat me weirdly or avoid me.. i get what you are saying and i completely understand how horrible the noise and thoughts can be .. such great expression in this.. well done .. x
