WELCOME FRIEND ~ Thanks for your poem ~ which I liked ! It is well written and it pulsates with rhyme & rhythm ~ making it easy to read & recite ! But the subject of \"A lost soul\" is sad and upsetting ! Your title asks a question \"What am I supposed to do ?\" I will answer you at the end ! You are both sad ~ because of His situation and because you Love Him ! Smiling but hurting ~ we often try to hide our PAIN from others ! He misses his DAD ~ all Men & Boys do ! He really is hurting inside ~ but (like a lot of Men do) ~ he hides His head in the sand ~ is he your BROTHER or a FRIEND ? Your last verse provide one answer ~ There is a GOD and you can pray with Him & for Him ~ also you can be with Him and continue to give Him the support He needs !
