I am with you 100% in the message you convey, which you have done so eloquently here. I would be pleased if you would look at a piece i published a few days back on the same subject called \'promise\'. I tried hard to get the \'don\'t drink and drive\' message across by hitting below the belt.

We all AGE CINDY ~ some more quickly than others ! You and I are OK because we are still under 40 and we take good care of our BODIES ~ Inner & Outer. My MUM is 60+ (she looks 40 !) but she takes good care of herself ~ and my DAD (65) ! My Mums Mum (80+) is lovely and lives with them but is beginning to show a bit of wear & tear like the \"Lady in the Poem\" ~ BUT ~ she is aging GRACEFULLY ~ AMEN Thanks for caring & sharing. Oddly enough my POEM today is about PRINCE CHARLES (very fit for 70 !) who has never had a JOB because for the last 50 years he has been WAITING TO BE KING ! Fortunately with CAMILLA and Wills & Harry and Kate & Meghan he is really enjoying life and may never be KING ! Please check my POEM ~ Yours BRIAN

And it does happen just like you describe and a jealous man will deliberately mar a girls natural beauty ~ if they jilt him ! Sometimes I\'m ashamed to be a Man ~ My MUM raised me to respect all Females and to treat you all with a velvet glove and lots of TLC ! In addition to FIRE a Man can mar a ladies Beauty with a Broken Bottle (and I\'ve seen the results of that) or ~ increasingly in the UK ~ with a blade or acid !

I was intrigued that you ended the Poem by informing us the Horrible Man ~ who threw & ignited the petrol ~ was himself not only ignited but burned to death ! This is what we call POETIC JUSTICE !
