WELCOME HOLLY ~ Thanks for your first poem. Elegantly written in SIX balanced rhyming couplets. East to read & recite ~ but with a very sad subject ! Love your smile ~ so I guess it\'s descriptive rather the autobiographical ? I teach Vocational Students (16 to 25) in a College and many of their angst is reflected in your poem ! No reason to stay ~ Not wanting to live ~ But not ready to die ~ A dilemma ! I always counsel my Students ~ steer clear of Drugs ~ Self harm ~ Pills etc because once you are DEAD you can\'t change your mind !
