To my mind the peom (as suggested by the title is about the WATER CYCLE one of the most important of the EARTHS Cycles.
VERSE ONE talks about the Cycle of Time ~ exemplified by clock hands ~ the Solar & Lunar cycles and turning Wheels ! V. TWO Introduces the Rain ~ Liquid water falling under gravity ! V. THREE Describes the Water Cycle ~ Rain flowing into the Rivers and evaporating (BOILING) to form the Clouds and from the Clouds (by condensation) comes the Rain a cyclic process. No water molecules escape into Outer Space it is ALL recycled ! \"It walks back and forth by an ancient bridge ~ AMEN\". Thanks for sharing a beautiful Poem ~ more please ! Yours BRIAN.
