I used to have a best friend who would smirk when I read a poem to him. I sensed him saying, \"Real guys don\'t write poetry\". to which my response would have been, \"and what do you know of being a real guy?\" Needless to say, we\'re no longer friends. His loss. 😊

Children care about receiving love from their parents more than money. Even if they’re too young to realize it. I know this probably wasn’t the message you’re going for. Very true ChrisLyn, we have all been through these trying times. Life comes without an instruction manual, so we\'re left to figuring it all out for ourselves. But...it helps to know that we\'re not alone, it\'s a common occurrence in these modern times. And writing poetry is a huge therapy and stress reliving tool. I\'ve been writing over 20 years now. It\'s one of the biggest and most positive things I\'ve done in my elder years. Excellent write ChrisLyn. 😉

I remember seeing him talking and stuttering, then he hit the back of his head as if to knock his words out of his mouth. Laughed hysterically. And a co-worker of mine stutters a lot. But we just let him take his time and he\'s fine. Great write ChrisLyn. 😉
