A poem of deep pain, hurt, and screaming out for recognition of it. It is dark and raw and full of disbelief. A difficult read that stings. Nicely worded to bring all this together.

And No One Noticed The Drowning
Poetic Licence said:

A wonderful write around the feeling of helplessness and isolation from so called norma society, feeling they have to constantly say sorry for just existing. It is emotional, sad and very touching, but don\'t give up, its never to late.

And No One Noticed The Drowning

This poem has a sad tone of apology for who one is and a search for meaning and acceptance that is never felt or found. Honest and heart felt it pulls for support. Well worded and composed it flows easily but is a hard read. Nicely written

That is a very powerful piece of what is an obsession with someone, whose feelings and emotions have consumed them. A very strong piece of writing.

A City That Was, A City That Is

How the things we have treasured and that have made us feel good, slowly change over time. However much we long for them, they will never be the same, really enjoyed the read.

The Cruelty of Nostalgia
Soman Ragavan said:

My comments on the poem “The cruelty of nostalgia”
Our experiences are indeed amazing. An experience can last only one moment; we don’t have time to savour it or understand it completely. It is quickly gone. We are left with memories that will stick with us for a long time.
“Whispers of joy, yet grants no release....” We might recall moment of joy, but we feel no relief from the thoughts. “But as I reach, the colors fade...” We try to recapture past experiences but it is an impossible task. They are gone for ever. “yet they grasp so tight...” Memories hold us down as prisoners. Soman Ragavan.

A compelling poem of trying to cling onto good memories yet the mind not allowing them to be free of sadness and pain. It is very well composed.

A Blade’s Whisper

A poignant poem of self harming and the desperation that drives you to it, then afterwards you feel even worse. It is a very serious subject to write about and a lot more frequent than people realise, i commend you for that. Written well and with care.
