Sometimes on MPS the most poignant poems are presented in the most beautiful language ~ this in itself is cathartic. I am old enough to have wonderfully loved and then painfully lost. There is much pathos in your first three stanzas and rightly so. From experience I can empathise with the hope and optimism in your final stanza ~ beautiful !
