POETRY SHARA is very cathartic and by writing ~ and sharing ~ it helps us to move on. Your poem is very poignant and true to life. A lot of my female students tell me they get broken (by Men) built up and then broken again ! They do tell me that each experience (of being broken) makes them better able to survive on the unequal playing field of love, We men get knocked back (sometimes !) but we seldom go to pieces this makes us better able to survive in life's love game. I have known Ladies so broken by love that they choose to die. Thanks for sharing ~ every blessing ~ one day you will be WHOLE no more pieces ~ AMEN ~ BRIAN

Thanks GOD we live one-day-at-a-time and can't see the future. I like the structure of the poem and the way you have spaced it to give emphasis to each line. We all learn through our own experience. I like the way (through hindsight) you have changed the oft repeated I WOULD NOT BELIEVE (in the first half) into oft repeated I WOULD BELIEVE ~in the second half !
