So much pressure and so much expectation and personally i think it\'s harder for a Lady than a Man. Self harm (cutting etc) is a release ~ I work with Tens but i never condemn but I seek to reassure. The more self esteem and self respect we have ~ the more confident we can be in all circumstances. You will find MPS a very supportive and empathetic site. Thanks for sharing ~ enjoy.
