The Visit
Garry said:

Do i detect inspiration from the grisly pen of of Edgar Allan Poe? The Raven perhaps?
Either way it\'s very gothic.
Good place to finish. I hope it would die but fear it wouldn\'t.

Very good. I\'m sure both sides of the political spectrum could adopt this as their rallying cry. Nice rythms and beat.

Memories are brilliant. Especially when you recall your early childhood years with just the remote control of being a kid within a McDonald\'s world.

Good read poet.

A child\'s love is memorable. Those images will never grow faint, but more or less appreciate the meaning of true parenthood.

The innocence of a child can be treacherous. Just remember him/her will still be God\'s children no matter what age selection.

Good read poet

Affection for a child is honestly expressed in this beautiful poem. Love wont dim at all here. This is very interesting poem shared.

Children are wonderful and should be nurtured. They will leave you in time but should know that they are always welcome and loved when at home. Good write.

WELCOME JJ ~ I guess you still have a lot of snow about in SPOKANE (great place to live in !). We have had none this Year in SE England due to increased CO2 levels causing global warming ~ but don\'t the President ! Love the structure of your poem ~ 12 lines and rhyming couplets ~ almost a Sonnet ! I also love the subject \"The Treasures of the Snow\". We have had some snow in Scotland but that is 700 miles North ! Thanks for sharing. Please check my poems ~ Thanks BRIAN (UK)
