I get it, and being a poet can make it worse at times. Maybe because we\'re more aware of our emotions, and poetry gives us a way to express them. BUT, there are times I just want to stop thinking all together, cos of so many different issues I\'m trying to deal with. For me at least, I find as a poet, I sometimes get to caught up in my thoughts and feelings and it\'s difficult to shut my mind off.
Thanks for expressing what I think many of us feel from time to time in this well conceived poetic piece.
