That which I learned from the Deity,--
that which through lifetime hath helped me,
Meekly and gratefully now, here I suspend in his shrine.

WOW, THIS FRIEDRICH VON SCHILLER POEM REALLY TOOK ME BACK TO MY YOUNGER DAYS! I REMEMBER READING IT WHEN I WAS KID. ITS SIMPLE YET PROFOUND WISDOM IS TRULY ENLIGHTENING. I LOVE HOW SCHILLER ILLUSTRATES THE HUMAN EXPERIENCE WITH SUCH ELOQUENCE AND GRACE IN HIS WORKS. READING IT AGAIN JUST REINFORCED HOW TIMELESS HIS POETRY REALLY IS. BEAUTIFUL!

Gotta admit, poems lik this ain't usually my jam, but this one hits diffrent. Deep, profound but not confusing. Definitely makes you think bout life and higher stuff. Not bad at all for a chill afternoon read. Respect.
