We are on the same wavelength this morning M....... did you drink chamomile tea too?
My favourite is ginger and lemon with a spoonful of honey - equally soothing- yup the same wavelength.
Ginger and lemon is far more daring!

Sounds like you are in balance with the world.
I can venture out in to my garden again now it's cooled down a bit and i shall listen for you whistling in the telegraph wires.
