Each day is different,
That is the beauty of our lives.
Today will not be the same as yesterday,
Tomorrow will not be the same as today.
In every day there are differences,
That is what makes life so wonderful
And why I go forward,
Go forward in my life,
Knowing that today
As I awake,
The new day awaits,
Waits for me in its glory,
Waits for me in its wonder.

A fine write and song Gold. You going by that River today?
I would very much like to but I need to be with Joyce, the only chance I now get to walk by My River is when she has a week in the care home.
Thankful for breaking morning, punctuating the ebb and flow.
So kind Sylvia, thank you.
It is good to welcome each new day with its challenges and rewards, life goes on.
Yes life does go on and each day is a wonderful surprise.
This morning a visit to the Asian supermarket to stock up on fresh spices - this afternoon will be painting - tomorrow? who knows what but it'll be different. Fine work Andy.
Andy,
Yes, Juan Diego Flórez’s voice is amazing!
La Donna è mobile is my favorite aria!
The first words I sang as a three year old!
It was my dad’s favorite aria. Since the day I was born I’d hear him sing it! If he wasn’t singing it, he would be whistling or humming the tune! His nickname was “il canticchiatore”(the one who hums). My daughter definitely inherited his genes!
I enjoyed reading your great poem!
I agree with you...
“Each day is different,
That is the beauty of our lives.”
Enjoy your beautiful day!
Love to Joyce and you!
~Laura~
Thank you Laura, you are most kind
Andy
