ANGELA LOVES AUTUMN ~ BUT ITS SPRING IN AUCKLAND !

 

THE AUTUMN COMES SUDDENLY ~ SEPTEMBER !

One day Summer Green ~ next Brown as an ember

 

AUTUMN LEAVES ~ outside my window

Unusual colours ~ Red & Brown

Turning Yellow ~ Turning purple

Unusual colours ~ like a CLOWN !

Majestic vistas on the hilltop

NOTHING can the Autumn changes STOP !

 

LEAVES stop PHOTOSYNTHESISING 

Energy of Tree preserved

ANTHOCYANINS replacing CHLOROPHYLL

VERNAL glory's ~ colours all reversed 

EVERY TREE a rainbow ~ Red  Orange  Yellow 

Shimmering Green  Blue  Indigo  Violet MELLOW !

    GOOD MORNING SWEETHEART : Thanks for this, great Poem and my Favorite Song by one of my Favourite Singers NKC! Yes it is Spring here and Auckland looks even more beautiful than in Winter !             There is always something poignant about autumn yet its appearance brings colours no other season can show - a lovely read Brian and that number by Nat. brings tears to the eyes - he was one of the best - - thanks for sharing.

              THANKS FAY pleased I stirred your memory. Autumn is spectacular in NEW ENGLAND (USA) but ~ to my mind ~ Autumn in Old England is just as vibrant and lasts just as long. Our vistas are smaller but in the UK it is enough to take in with the Human Eye. I would come back to Cornwall ~ South Downs ~ Yorkshire Dales ~ Peak District and my Beloved Lake District and contend that England was created on a truly Human Scale. NKC an awesome JAZZ PIANIST and then He began to sing ~ UNFORGETTABLE ! Yours as always ~ Thanks for your comment BRIAN
