harmony revealed

dusk arising

Give to me

the peace of quiet woodland

where nature opens up her heart

in harmony revealed

i am healed

I love short punchy pieces and this is a great example - super work dusk

Very good write and so true. There is nothing quite as healing as communing with nature.

I know you know this to be true, so alike you and your river

A lovely write and pic dusk. Unfortunately, I didn't get the hang of it. It didn't heal me. I went in some woods and walked into a tree. It would have helped if I had not closed my eyes in meditation at the time, while walking. doh!

Those tiny 4 legged critters in your picture would be able to lead you thru the forest dodging trees and nasties.

Ohh yes, they know the way!

Spot on and with so few words - agree wholeheartedly that is where peace can heal us. Great read.

Thank you for the inspiration Fay. One day i'll get to the forest and sit peacefully.

One day i will find the right tree to hug, the right woodland to meditate within and i know my troubles will ease.

there is certainly something very therapeutic about the countryside.. a nice little thought expressed in a poem...
