preponderance

onepauly

after having six beers

sit i here in tears

a broken old man

from times of yore

ill do what i can

with the lore

lonely am i from days past

my loved ones ill find

ill be with them at last

follow that road

like in kind

i know ill not be

left behind

Those old friends will still be with you as you remember them through your life.

A well rhymed lament on the loss of old friends - it goes with the flow of life to its end Pauly - - thanks for sharing it.
