you'd call me a sleeper
i'm not a terrotist or political
at least, i don't think so
my dad told me about it
'you'll find you are different -
not the same as those around you'
inside me is difference
not my organs or blood
these closely mimic the human
but it's just mimicry
I am not really a human
my kind are ARE coming for us
coming back to us
and this time they're going to stay
'as that time draws near
you'll feel it, feel the changes in you'
it has begun
i am taking more notice of humanity
watching your fallibility
we are the superior and deserving
there will be no need to teach us
we will respect this beautiful planet
now i cannot sleep at night
the presence grows nearer
my commitment excites me

Something like that, but not for your grandchildrens eyes/ears.
I'm intrigued - I see the word 'soon' - so will all become clear - Mind you I sometimes wonder if I am of another race for all the reasons I've mentioned before here on MPS.
Imagine there are alien 'sleepers' on earth, now awakening to their real purpose as invasion nears.
Just a thought....

Hi fun alien , take us with you to Mars on an extraterrestrial ride. I so enjoyed your imaginative evocative muse here that I can relate to sometimes since I feel alienated everywhere. Haven't met my type yet ah. Even my hubby is from Venus lol. Kudos for this fantastic poem.
