- Comment from author about the poem: A hymn-poem in 8.8.8.8. metre for Verses, and 8.8. for Chorus. Some longer musical notes allow for extra syllables to be included here and there. I have aimed to stay as close as possible to the Old Testament prophet Isaiah's actual words.

Yes M. She added a couple of extra syllables too along the way - if ya got time to count them in each line, you will find them! It will be a bit 'sad' and boring to do though. lol.

A fine write! I read it to my aunt and it reminded her of the four weeks of Advent! She told me to set up the Advent wreath for Sunday which is two days before Advent begins! That was my good deed for the day! We enjoyed listening to the beautiful rendition of “Oh Come Oh Come Emmanuel”!
