A Ding Dong of a Song!

orchidee

Tune: Branle de L'officiel

('Ding, dong! Merrily on high')

**********

Ding, dong! raise a joyful song

Let bells peal out all day long

Ding, dong! join the angel hosts

Praise the Lord to earth's far coasts

Chrous

Alle---luia! He the King of glory, see

Alle---luia! Endless glory to Him be

Man no more need stay in sin

But can be cleansed from within

Avail self of Christ's blood pure

Forgiven, set free for sure - Chorus

Sinners can attain such state

Knowing God's wrath not their fate

Jesus, Saviour for each one

The redemption work has done - Chorus

And all nature shares in joy

Renewed delights none destroy

Bright beams of mercy and grace

And love shine forth from His face - Chorus

So all instruments take part

Sing, praise Him with your whole heart

Light and life, human, divine

Jesus, the God-man true, fine - Chorus

Come, you folk of each nation

Whate'er your creed, race, station

In Christ your salvation find

And be to Him full aligned - Chorus

                    • Michael Edwards

Interrupt as often as you like - enjoy that lamb. Especially with fresh mint sauce - mind you it MUST be fresh.

                      • Lorna

Ahhhhhhh it grows in my garden and I have some in the freezer from the summer.... close as I can get. I make mint sauce! Surprisingly easy!

Ask one of the Berles family to get you some lamb in. There's hundreds of them it seems - Cilla Berles (syllables), Ram Berles, Cob Berles, Sim (Simon?) Berles, etc, etc!
