A BSORB through their leaves and then combine with
L IQUID WATER through PHOTOSYNTHESIS !
W ATER and CARBON DIOXIDE combine
A ND produce GLUCOSE and OXYGEN ~ which .....
R ETURNS to the Atmosphere ! This process
M AINTAINED CO2 at 250 ppm
I NTERACTION of Flora & Fauna !
N OTHING changed for millions of years ~ THEN MAN
G OT INDUSTRIAL ~ Spewed out CO2 .....
N ATURE could not cope ~ hence GLOBAL WARMINGS !

PLANT PHOTOSYNTHESIS EQUATION:
6CO2 + 6H2O = C6H12O6 (glucose) + 6O2
ANIMAL RESPIRATION EQUATION:
C6H12O6 + 6O2 = 6CO2 + 6H2O
On a global scale ~ before the Industrial Revolution
these two processes maintained the atmospheric CO2
at 250 ppm (parts per million). MAN produced CO2 by
burning Fossil Fuels and increased CO2 by deforestation !
This has caused the atmospheric CO2 to increase to 400
ppm ~ with disastrous results ~ and it is still rising !
We are all responsible and if there is no DECREASE Planet
Earth will become uninhabitable for our descendents !
For ANIMAL & HUMAN food Glucose polymerises to Starch.
For ANIMAL food GLUCOSE polymerises to Cellulose (Fibre).
MARS ~ VENUS ~ MOON are not alternatives ~ There is
nowhere else to GO ! We must preserve our Planet ~ AMEN !

You lost me on the CO2, etc stuff, remembered a little from schooldays. But a true write B&A. We're all responsible in having a part to play in this.
I'm gonna have a glass of H2O now. Is that sherry?!
Thanks UNCLE STEVE ~ You will find that despite paying £7+ for a bottle of Amontillado Sherry it is about 85% water ! The alcohol is C2H5OH (ethanol). If I ran the Country there would only be ONE TV Chanel BBC~Educational. I would use it to educate the MASSES about GLOBAL WARMINGS etc and they would soon realise that the FAULT and the SOLUTION lies with them. People are deluded by "East End & Coronation Street Ignorance" into believing that life will go on the same ~ and like TRUMP ~ Global Warming is a Chinese Myth ! Thanks UNCLE MIKE ~ Because Im 100 in 2083 I postpone ARMAGEDDON until 2100 so maybe I too will be a DAD and GRANDDAD one day ! Because I have lectured on An Environmental Monitoring & Protection Degree (My sphere was the Atmosphere) I am fully aware of the consequences of continued CO2 & Population increase & Deforestation etc ~ So I am never complacent or in denial. Homo Sapiens has a great deal for which to answer but according to someone in power Global Warming is a myth - so that's alright then.
Good true write - if only those in power would realise it and do something about it, but no - we all want more!
Thanks for your comment Uncle Andy ~ It makes a lot of sense ! We all want to hang on to our Technological way of Life ! Cars ~ Electricity at the touch of a switch ~ The Internet etc. We could all survive in a Medieval Society ~ BUT ~ Live would be much harder and life expectancy much lower etc. So we all dig our heels in and increase rather than decrease our Carbon Footprint. Because there is really no CONSENSUS we will end up with NO PLANET as well as a NO DEAL BREXIT ! Toujours C'est la Vie.
