  Why did I have to overdo it? A recipe said 'add a little spice'. Erm, I added some of all of these! Bleeuurrghhh? Or Yummy?! heehee.
  Wikipedia does not know any X spices. There's Xanthan gum - whatever that is?! They got Mickey Mouse tea too, or is that a con?!

    THANKS UNCLE STEVE : Thanks : if youve tried Uncle Wiki I might draw a blamk on X ! Brian and I love cooking with herbs & spices and we enjoy Mexican Food.     Thanks UNCLE MIKE : I might post some piquent HAIKU ! As you know in an ABCDarian POEM each letter only gets ONE CHANCE ! There are hundreds of Herbs & Spices so scope for more !

  Of those spices there are only seven that I have not used in my cooking at some time.
  I notices that Basil was missing is that still stuck in the hotel in Torquay?

    Thanks UNCLE ANDY : Cooking without Herbs & Spices is just play acting : pleasd you are a SPICY MAN ! Love Fawlty Towers and YES BASIL will be there for ETERNITY with MANUEL (Theyre not really like that in BARCELONA !) The Major Polly etc and his long suffereing wife SYBYL ! In an ABCDarian POEM yo only get one appelation per Letter so i chose BORAGE because it has a nice ring to it (Female choice !) Thanks for your lovely comment !

  HOLA ANGEL ! Nice one pleased you are getting some nice comments to repay all your efforts in the Herb Garden ! As Uncle Mike says there is scope for another which I will post later in the month ! I love BASIL and will include it for Uncle Andy !
  MANUEL was supposed to be German but they settled for A Barcelonean. I liked your choice of HERBS and the way you got round Q & X ! always difficult in a ABCD Poem and XYLOPHONE is not a HERB nor is XYLEM even though its part of a Plant !
