Yes it's too early to be late.
Aww, I wished someone Happy Christmas today. They said 'Too late'. I said 'Nope, I'm being early in case I forget in about 11 and half months time'. That's a short time until next Christmas. And the nights draw in again in about 6 months time. It's all downhill now....

It's an old cottage in a local village which has now been totally refurbished and is worth a small fortune - there's a stream passing through the garden - a delightful location.
