Abiding Assurance

Tune: Sandys

('Teach me, my God and King')

Psalm 36 v.7 part

*******

How excellent it be

How precious it to me

Your lovingkindness, O God, so

Your keeping power we know

Therefore do we humbly

Trust you, your mercies see

And put our trust in the shadow

Of your wings here below

For we mere human, you

Do come to us, renew

And by your Spirit in us live

And your good graces live

I seek no other place

Than your ways sure to trace

You shall abide, and leave me not

Else poor shall be my lot

Your loving care to me

Help me trust completely

And too your love to all mankind

May all salvation find

Heehee thanks M. Well, there's a binding insurance against me singing! Though it's an assurance really (something that WILL happen) and not an insurance (something that MAY happen). It'll cost ya millions to stop me singing.
