I CREATE
I engage my thoughts.
I reflect my beliefs.
My mind
My soul.
I paint with my brush.
I write with my pen.
My hand,
My wrist.
I conceive
I devise
I create.

A good write Michael. What's Miss Berles created lately?
She's been writing about Cob Berles - actually I will be painting on stones (cobbles) today as a change - be interesting to see how I get on.
Your creations are as wonderful as ever Michael.
I would be interested to see the completed artwork.
The photo was taken as an accompaniment to an article written about 18 months ago - I'm afraid no painting emerged as it was used purely to show how the brush is held. Thanks Andy for your encouragement.
Happy Cob-berling!
I need a l load of cobbles

PLEASE ADD A poem to our NEW FUSION : HOLIDAY PLANS 2019 ? Thanks A & B !
We are of one - if I'm not creating something I get withdrawal symptons - they used to call it the nadgers. Thanks Angela - keep the arts going.
Poetry is in your DNA and painting is its shadow.. Excellent!!
And poetry also in your yours dear friend.

A great jazz musician said that he lived for his mistakes. When i'm soloing and make a mistake i have to recover which i can do but.... that mistake made me go places i would never have thought about going. I created music beyond my creative mind.
Does this happen to you with your painting?
Yes wspecially when I attempt something outside my comfort zone. I held what I thought was a simple watercolour workshop the other night for some experienced artists - mostly oil and acrylic artists. I was surprised how much they struggled and it made me realise just how far I had advanced in my chosen medium without really appreciating it.
