Sometimes people talk about being on different pages, well we are not even in the same library.
I suppose the difference is. I don't judge or feel angry about the books in your library. They are yours.
I don't even pretend to understand the books in your library. They are yours.
So please just don't think you know anything about my books and my library. Unless you have taken the time to empty your head with opinion and have an open mind to my books. I'm not bothered if you would rather not. The choice. That's yours. But just don't judge what you do not know or understand.
That's all.
That request.
That's mine.
My only one.

Fresh music to my ears - so true and so well expressed in this super poem.
Thank you Michael. I had not even imagined it was a poem. I'd need to do something fancy with the spacing. So that people pause to ponder in the right or wrong way.
Thanks for your kind words 😌
Love the way you have used the books and library analogy here. I just call it baggage.
Very good write. If only more people could have more open minds and understand each others libraries the world would be a much better place.
Thanks Goldfinch. I think libraries suits the notion because it is rich and for learning.
I wanted a wholly positive enriching metaphor.
I live in hope of the world being better but it also fills me with sadness.
"they" are always going to judge dear Sylvia and the only thing that works is learning how to put up your force field sad to say............ The world is wonderful........ it's the people... it's especially hard when you go with an open heart and then get pummeled.
It is so true, I just can't stop opening my heart and hoping people will exist in peace amidst their differences. Heck they could even learn from each other!
Thanks for reading my 'moment'
And so say all of us!
YES!
Oh I was a bit annoyed the day I wrote that 😳
"Get out of my library"
I'm hving the tshirst printed now...
Loveit
