A fine write and pic Michael. Got to admire them in a way, I suppose, the soapbox speakers. They go on - ramble or waffle? - even if not a dicky bird is listening!
Still around in Hyde Park but you don't see them much elsewhere these days. Cheers O
Number one says so much about life with freedom, so much can be found.
Number two, all it needs is for one person to hear those words, that person may change the world.
I haven't said anything about the cartoons yet but this one I have never seen before, you have some cracking ideas with these penguin cartoons MIchael.
Thanks Andy - just drawn up one of the little 'un skipping - looks quite good so will produce some cards from it.
The short but punchy lines you use stay with this reader long after the read - super writes again Michael.
You're really kind Fay - I do enjoy writing the shorties.
My ideas were wrong for the penguins - I see now that their humor is much much more subtle and absolutely spot on! Made me laugh so. Sadly we don't have soapbox arbiters....... only rioters and potential bombers and shooters and none of them stand on a box and announce themselves.....
Thanks Lorna - they are not laugh aloud but cosily smileful (new word).
Sadly the world is much more aggressive - I doubt if there will ever be an answer.
what more is there to say.. orchidee has just about nailed it... muchly enjoyed sir.... N
Thanks Neville - good old Orchi.
yes.. I have said that a few times today... my pleasure Michael..
