Prolet
You may well call it Spring
Here in my head though
I can not find
Despite the very love of trying
I assure you
The perfect word
For so much beauty and the
Newness of it blinding.....
You may call it Spring
Here in my heart though
There is a certain freedom
timeless....
Though I would gladly share
and truly so
This place and time
This transient now and here
Which we call Prolet....

A fine write. Glad ya told me that N! If I hadn't have known, I would have thought Prolet was a Property Service Agency - really exists - based on pro-let?
dunno, maybe but thanks for the unescorted viewing nevertheless...
Glad to oblige with TUI for you - 'Today's useless Information' from me!

I'm currently working with a rescue German Shepherd and today he gave me a lot of jip trying to rush me out the door! I will admit I couldn't blame him.... Spring is here!

Forgot to add he 8 years old from Romania, was going to be sent back because of his attitude but really he's just misunderstood like the rest.

And i though a prolet was something the NHS operated on.
A fitting tribute to this rebirth time of year.
Thank you my friend..
I used to get excited at the first sight of little green buds on trees.
I used to wonder who else noticed them and felt the same funny little joy.
It used to remind me of renewal and hope and beauty and wonder. Of Mother Nature and her endless rhythms and endurance, painting her beauty across the seasons, in spite of the state of the world.
Some how I just can’t feel it right now, but I tried and I felt a little bit sad for the loss of it.
I feel that I should write something profound, like how these words have let you down.. but I know it has nothing to do with these words
I would like to say things will improve and you will fell joy again and pleasure etc
However, I know that I can only hope such things.... And true...
Very good write Neville.
Thank you Goldfinch60 appreciated, you are..... N
