Living the Day.

Each day I am blessed,

Blessed as I get up,

Get up for the new day,

Each day so different.

 

There are bad days

Where all goes wrong,

But I do my best,

And all is well.

 

There are good days

Where all is well,

And life is beautiful,

Days that shouldn’t end.

 

The bad days,

And the good days

Will always be there,

But each day is special

As I am alive,

And being alive is wonderful.

        Too right Goldfinch, what a refreshing poem to read. I'm cursed with an aching back at the moment, the worst its been in years but still have to lift heavy boilers onto walls..... oh yes i cuss, but i'm alive and planning to stay alive a while yet.
