Scattered kindness crumbs

Devoured until beauty sings

Clipped wings don’t fly free

Nice one Sylvia - great use of language - enigmatic and intriguing.

Enigmatic and intriguing are my two favourite personal constructs 😊

Super write Sylvia, so much within those few words, that is the beauty of 5-7-5s.

      • sylviasearcher

Indeed, I like playing around in my head with 5 7 5 s instead of getting out of bed!

        • Goldfinch60

I do that as well. On a previous Poetry Site I was on there was a lady on there who reckoned that she thought in 5-7-5.

Lean on my pride, it's okay I'm a lion! Loved that line!
I hope you see one day we can unclip them!
          Great stuff

Thanks, I guess people see a lion because we work hard to look that way because the alternative is everyone seeing the truth.

Having a bit of a woeful few days, sorry!

You take those days! I'll be sure to tag you out when it's my turn 😉
