MY FLAT IS ALWAYS NEAT & TIDY !
TEN MOST COMMON GRIPES OF PEOPLE IN SHARED HOUSES !
1. OTHERS leave the Bathroom in a mess
2. LIGHTS left on inside empty Room
3. TAPS left running ~ cause waste and distress
4. Make a Mess ~ but NEVER EVER use a Broom !
5. Dirty laundry ~ NOT placed in the basket
6. Toilet Roll is never replaced
7. Wasting FOOD when half the WORLD is Starving
8. Not recycling things that go to WASTE !
9. Leaving dishes in the sink to float
10. Watching Tele ~ hogging the REMOTE !

I moved into my own FLAT 5 years ago and it is pristine !
Mind you ~ I still go to my MUMS every Sunday for Lunch
and I load the dishwasher. My MUM tells MEN are the
worst culprits especially for items 1 to 10. ANGELA & I
are getting Married @ Easter 2020 ~ So Im looking for a
Bigger Flat to rent a we are uncertain where we want to
live in the Future ! UK ~ New Zealand ~ Spain ???
Wherever it is ~ living with Angela will be Heaven as we
are both Systematic Neat & Tidy ~ Love B & A 🧡🧡🧡

I still live with family, but I did temporarily lived alone (sort of) while studying a few years ago.
Regardless, such way of living teaches many thing.

THANKS JOKER ~ When doing Scientific Reasearch one has to be very meticulous ! It rubs off intoeveryday life ! Everything in ORDER and an ORDER for everything. When one lives alone yoiu quickly learn the VALUE & COST of everything ! It is a good preparation for budgetting and living within an income when one is MARRIED ! My Friends tell me TWO cannot live as cheaply as one ~ AMEN !

Thanks FAY very true ! In both our Professions ~ ANGELA & I have to be very organised and keep pristine accounts & records. I guess when we get married ANGELA will run the Household like a Branch of NAT WEST ~ I hope so ! She has offered to do the ACOUNTS and I will be responsible for the maintenance of all the Electronic Gadgets and we will share the Cooking & the Garden ! I teach all my students to be systematic & pristine in their College Work and when they are on Placement. It is essential in Science & Nursing & Catering & Hair & Beauty etc ! Tidy MIND ~ Tidy OFFICE ~ Tidy HOUSE !

Thankfully both my wife and I are both minimalists and extremely tidy - everything is in its place and we repklace anything the old goes straight in the bin or a charity shop. Love the poem.
Oh and by the way when it was time for our children to go to bed we used to shout at them: 'Bedwards Edwards' and they now say it their children.
You LOGO exemplifies neatness & minimilism ! ANGELA has to keep very meticulous records (You know how people love to sue the NHS ~ Scandalous !) and she always makes her clients sign a disclaimer for an EXERCISE REGIME because you cant watch them 24/7. She thinks HIP REPLACEMENT patients are often discharged too early to free up the beds ! Monday ~ OPP Tuesday ~ ZIMMER Wednesday ~ CRUTCHES Thursday ~ UP & DOWN Stairs ~ Friday ~ HOME ! She does Home Visits and they do provide High Chair ~ Perching Stool ~ Raised Loo seat etc etc. My UNCLE (74) has recently had one and he enjoyed the PHYSIO walking him Round the Block . Both he & my Aunt thought he was out PDQ !
Pleased my LIM jogged your memory ! Not the easiest Rhyme so I was pleased with JEDWARDS ! Limericks need three PERFECT RHYMES in my book !

The House, My Home
It’s not the brick and mortar
Nor the painted walls
Not the many rooms
Decorations and all
It started with just the two of us
But that was not for long
The pitter patter of the little feet
Is what kept us strong
The giggles and the laughter
Just some of what we shared
The trials and tribulations
Proved that we cared
It’s the memories of many decades

Thanks SURESH ~ Loved your POEM. Because of our Professions ANGELA & I both keep our Flats very pristine ! And I guess our Home (after Marriage) will initially reflect that ! BUT when we start our Family & have a cat and a Play Room etc we both know ~ EVERYTHING WILL CHANGE ! WE have seen this with our FRIENDS ! I agree with you a FAMILY HOME must reflect the FAMILY & Love ~ Joy ~ Peace ~ Laughter & Play are far more important than everything in its place ~ A FAMILY HOUSE must be a HOME ! Before I left home my parents made sure that I could cook, wash and iron clothes and clean the house. Our home may not be pristine but all is clean and cooking is one of my passions.
