SUNRISE ~ SUNSET : Twelve precious hours

What happens in between ?  Same the .......

WORLD over !  People live : People die

BABIES are born everywhere : in .......

Villages  Towns & Cities : in .......

The Bush : in Maternity Wards

Most will survive : and Life goes on !

It's interesting that we all have our own trademarks when writing poetry. I guess mine is metre. If metre is lacking and the consequent reading is jerky then I switch off. I try to observe it in all my work regardless of style,or type, serious or humerous - if it doesn't trip off the tongue then it stays in the development box until it does. I currently have half a dozen pieces waiting to be tweaked for this very reason.
