  THANKS FAY ~ You are always gentle and supportive in your comments ! And your demeanour exhibits all the NINE QUALITIES mentioned. We have observes a change in Society (towards agressiveness) in the 21st Century and I am sure you have seen a deterioration from a much gentler age ! The Good Book says *Godliness with Contentment* is great gain ! AMEN

  Thanks DA ~ ANGELA & I both work with people (A Lecturer & A Physio) some of whom are depressed ! I with damaged Students and Angela with damaged Bodies ! We both find that being Happy & Positive in our Attitudes is a great asset in our Chosen professions. My Students LEARN & RESPOND better and ANGELAs CLIENTS regain their mobility and well-being quicker ~ AMEN Happiness in the Workplace and the Community always begins with the Individuals concerned !

    Thanks UNCLE MIKE ~ This is a collaborative POEM and ANGELA & I are not preaching (as some suggest) but just gently pointing out that to every action there is a GENTLE and AGRESSIVE reaction. When I was writing a Research Thesis my Supervisor wrote RUBBISH over my interpretation of an important piece of evidence from X-ray Crystallography. I didnt respond or argue I just included it in my Final Draft to the external ajudicator. He approved of the thesis and acctually commended my interpretation of the DATA which my Professor had labelled RUBBISH. He did apologise later for his comment ~ because he had not seen what I had ! Negative responses can be very harmful and cutting edge Scientific Research is a Mine Field littered with the BODIES of latter day would-be Einsteins !

  Me again! Well, I did write a poem by a pond. then I sang or hummed it to some ducks nearby. Erm, they were asleep. Not one flew off! lol.

    Ahhhhhhh MON ONCLE STEVE ~ I guess you scored a DUCK that time. The best we can do is to PREACH ~ What we Practise & Do unto others as we would be done by. Brother Corben is a Utopian Socialist like Michael Foot (but less intellectual) He would bankcrupt the Country trying to bring us all UP (note not DOWN) to the same UTOPIAN & ALTRUISTIC LEVEL. Butlins instead of JAIL (is that an improvement ?) and FREE SCHOOL MILK and RAIL TRAVEL (as in Athens) and no PRIVATE SCHOOLS (as in CUBA) and free VODKA (as in Moscow) etc etc. The CONSERVATIVE PARTY has been sacrificed forever on the ALTAR of BREXIT and the LIB DEMS will again miss the Middle Ground which BROTHER CORBEN will occupy for the next 20 Years ~ AMEN Im beginning to sound a colatteral as YOU & FIDO !

  Thanks SURESH ~ We are allHuman and those NINE MANTRAS (Which SAINT PAUL sent to the Church in Galatia) are described as the FRUIT of the SPIRIT. The implication being that in our own Human Strength & Morality they would improbable SINGLY and impossible COLLECTIVELY. PAULS inference is that if our lives are controlled by HIGHER (SPIRITUAL) POWERS all NINE attitudes would be possible on a DAY to DAY basis. The Orthodox Christian Faith exhorts us to be FILLED with The Holy Spirit anew every new day ~ AMEN !
