Thanks DION ~ *Dear Hearts & Gentle People* really is a Classic as is GENE AUTRY (1907 - 1998) I love the concept of reading the GOOD BOOK (BIBLE) from FRIDAY to MONDAY we would all be the better for it ! Thanks for adding to OUR FUSION (METALS) there are 91 in the Periodic Table so there is plenty of Room for another POEM or TWO ! GOD is eternal so HE loves the tried & tested OLD THINGS ~ AMEN !

Thanks UNCLE STEVE ~ Pleased you enjoyed our presentation ! Perhaps with HIGH TECH etc we have gone a MICROCHIP too far ! Static Phones are tolerable but for ME (Brian) MOBILES are a *CONTACT BRIDGE* too far ! I sometimes wish I too could live for 1000 years and be a Professor of History @ Cambridge so I could say about any era *I know I WAS THERE !*

Well, I might be on my (large) laptop all the time, not having a mobile phone (eh?), except it's too big to carry around. Did people carry around monitors the size of TV sets a few years ago?! Plus the big processing box thingy. CPU - Central Processing Unit. Isn't CPU in Star Wars or summat? I must take a tablet - I'm waffling on! Not a blue tablet though. Woof! Fido knows about them too. oohh.
Thanks MICHAEL ~ High Tech is *wunderbar* but very stressful ! ANGELA has a MOBILE PHONE because she in NZ ! I dont have one and never will ! MOBILES are mega intrusive 24/7 ! A big difference in the US is that in most of *God's Own Country* there is nothing really *ANTIQUAINTED* ! Thats why they all love the *OLD COUNTRY* Self worth & self respect is so important ! If we dont love (like) ourselves than noby else will !

Thanks FAY ~ That is the BEAUTY of the UK many Old Things ~ epecially CHURCHES ~ are round each corner ! AND unlike the USA our Villages are so close together especially in the COTSWOLDS ! We need all our senses ~ Sight ~ Scent ~ Sound ~ Touch & Taste to really apreciate ANTIQUITY. In the USA one encounters IDENTICAL MALLS replicated in every TOWN & STATE and its happening in the UK with Car Friendly MALLS replacing the HIGH STREET. Bill Bryson (now exiled in NORFOLK !) advises one to visit the USA before it morphs into one big MALL ! Pleased you enjoyed our COLLABORATION ! Angela is very ENGLISH having been raised and Educated (Private School) in London but she did spend many of her HOLIDAYS in Spain. She is like Chameleon and quickly adapts to a New Environment ! She loves NZ and has already morphed into 50% KIWI & MAORI ! When she sings & performs with the MAORI CHOIR she blends in perfectly. That is why in OCTOBER Im travelling 11,500 miles (LONDON to AUCKLAND) to collect Her otherwise she might stay for ever ! Thanks for your comments !

Thanks As we grow older we do become more nostalgic ! Angela & I are only in our 30's but we have seen a lot of changes since the 1980s especially in the use of Mobile Phones ~ everywhere & by everybody, The same is true of Tablets and Social Media. In the UK High Street shopping has been replaced by Suburban Malls similar to the USA. ALAS ~ Change & Decay in all around we see ! WE are still OK with mirrors and we havent morsphed into our Parents yet !
