If you come to a fork in the road

beware

There might be a knife in the gutter.

Will the fillet stake be around the corner?

I see Mark Rothko has been around again. Good artwork.
I like work like this as you have to really look into them, that is why I enjoy Rothko's work you really need to look passed the colours, as I would in yours Michael.

Just finished another piece with a bit more detail than this one as a commission. It wasn't easy as the buyer has seen one of mine and wanted something quite like it with a touch of green - I thought it would be easy but I spent hours on it before I was happy with the result - just hope the buyer likes it too. I'll post it tomorrow.

Good write and pic M. Was there a spade there too?!

      • Michael Edwards

No - only a cheese grater - Miss Berles is looking for an egg timer - wonder if there is one in the undergrowth.

Ahh, I wondered why I had trouble eating me dinner. I sat down with a fork and spade! I not quite understand which sort of fork is needed.

A knife could come in handy.

            • Michael Edwards

Only a good knife - it has to be a cut above the average.

              Hello Michael,

              A good write.

Put it this way the way modern life is at times you have to be on your guard at all times there seems to a knife in every gutter.

I like the picture - the clarity of the blue symbolises hope.

              Keep writing
              FineB
