YESTERDAY The Maori gave Reception for MAMA & for PAPA
I surprised them by Dancing also Singing with the MAORI
MAMA looked so Smart : PAPA was very DAPPA
And my Dress was soft & silky : like a SARI !

I should explain that I have been in AUCKLAND : NEW ZEALAND
for a YEAR : On a Work Exchange at the Hospital as a
PHYSIOTHERAPIST ! Because My PAPA is Spanish I blend in very
well with the MAORI CHOIR & DANCING GROUP. I have five Physio
Trainees working under ME who are all MAORI ! Because of this
I am well integrated with the MAORI and the HANGI (Reception)
was to thank ME for embracing their CULTURE and training their
Daughters in what they consider a very important Profession !
They are a very MOBILE Race ! Love to All : ANGELA 🧡 🧡 🧡

Thanks UNCLE MIKE : The KIWI*S thought We must be very Special for the MAORI to be giving a HANGI in our HONOUR ! We felt very humbled ! I cried when I thanked them on behalf of MAMA & PAPA and I told them how much I loved their CULTURE and how I had embraced it the first Day I landed in NZ. I told them how much BRIAN had encouraged ME to embrace their Unique Culture. The MEN did a HAKA to welcome us and after the HONGI : rubbing noses : they presented us with Shell Necklaces and declared us Honorary Maori. PAPA presented the Elders with a case of Vintage Rioja which was well received. Yes it was an unforgettable event. My Students were very gracious in their tribute too : and said they didnt want me to go Home because the Department would be much less Jolly & Beautiful without SENORITA ANGELA : I cried again and wished BRIAN could have been here to see His Maori Dream : for Me : fullfilled !

An event to remember dear Angela - - no doubt your parents were very surprised at your own performance but of course delighted I am sure.
THANKS FAY : Its now 8am Sunday and I back in the land of the Living again after a good nights sleep. Sailing / Cruising is very healthy but it does make one SLEEP ! This morning we are Going to The Catholic Cathedral and they have planned a BBQ For MAMA & PAPA and other Visitors from the UK & elsewhere ! We will have a LAMB ROAST on Spits just like they have HOG ROASTS in the UK ! I was very well brought up Academically (English Public School) Socially : encouraged to learn to Speak in Public : to Dance : and Play the Piano : and unerstand Wine ! Spiritually : I was brought up a Devout Catholic so I have a strong Faith. Brian is an Evangelical and my Parents are Happy for me to attend His Church and be Married in his Church because it is very Fundemental with a belief in the Virgin Birth : The Trinity and the Importance of Holy Communion etc. I try in every way to honour and please my Parents : Their Love for Me is INFINITE as is their Love for BRIAN : AMEN. Pleased you enjoyed my Presentation : AMEN

Thanks SURESH : Pleased You enjoyed and appreciated My Presentation. In Spanish Culture and in Catholic Culture FAMILY is very very important ! The PAPA & The MAMA are equally revered and respected : but they play different ROLES. The PAPA is the Patriarch and the Breadwinner for His Family and sets an example as a CABALLERO : A Gentleman. LA MAMA ES LA REINA DE LA CASA (Queen of the House !). MAMA provides a HOME and FOOD etc ! My Parents LOVE Me & HONOUR Me (and Brian) Infinitely : And Our LOVE & HONOUR for them is Infinite in return : AMEN
