Summer is here

The summer muse is calling into action

bringing in the magic to the shimmering sky

with the heat comes the cicada chorus,

We bath in the rain, air condition, we melt, swim or die.

There is no scape for the Floridian fellows,

we must appreciate lots of rain, humidity and temperature at its high

Lovely are the beaches, colorful umbrelas, toasted bodies, refreshments...

It all begins with the sun coming out staring at us with its bulls eye 👁

Then comes the night, in release a soothing breeze

drifting from the south, brings from the ocean perfumed affairs

later rolling thunders tends to take over,                                                   fat rain approaching darks the clouds, pushing away the breezy air.

Happy, all the little creatures get in sync, frogs croaks, lizards mating,

bugs all noise,

and for us humans, nothing to worry, nothing about to care

we can go inside, we can watch a movie, open a bottle and share.

We also can make love as the little creatures, God gave us the paradise, so like Adam and Eve, we follow our destiny as we are here to pair.

      Thanks vvnrose. I love summer but in Florida the best season are spring and fall. More comfortable as the summer is very hot and the winter is dry.

      Thanks for sharing MARIJOY ~ A wonderful ODE to the SCENTS ~ SIGHTS ~ SOUNDS & SAVOURS of the Floridian Summer ! Some SNOWBIRDS (Friends of my Parents) who only came from the Northern US States for Your Bland Winters ~ Now live in Florida ALL YEAR ROUND Ive only been in JAN ~ FEB ~ MARCH and for BRITS its like (our) SUMMER then ! Love the PICTURE ! We are now promised (next week) 30C (86F} so Summer is here (UK) at last ~ as long as it keeps dry. In SOUTHERN ENGLAND we have many Curch Fetes & Open Air Shows in JUNE & JULY ! Please check our POEM on HELIUM today ! We are bothe Scientists so we like to add a Scientific Poem every so often !
