Your lively and exciting words on hot-air balloons has me interested dear duo - -- have flown in a helicopter and loved it so why not a balloon - great read for a dull Monday morning.

    • ANGELA & BRIAN

Thanks FAY ~ pleased you enjoyed it ~ ! Ballooning is an exciting birdlike exerience so quiet ! Angela & I have been round the Grand Canyon by HELICOPTER ~ more scary than I-MAX ! We wrote the Poem in BLANK VERSE (iambic pentameter) to give it rhythm & flow ~ OK

      Blessings & Peace & Love
Yours as always ANGELA & BRIAN 🧡🧡🧡🧡

    • Michael Edwards

I too love ballooning - fine work B

      • ANGELA & BRIAN

Thanks UNCLE MICHAEL ~ YES they are fun and relatively inexpensive ~ just over £100 per trip ! Also experientially they are relatively safe. Angela & I love JIG SAWS based on HABs they are so so colourful ! We like the RAINBOW ONES and the UNION JACKS !

Blessings & Peace & Joy to YOU & YOURS
Yours as always ANGELA & BRIAN 🧡🧡🧡🧡

I think I will leave the hot air balloons to you. Maybe I will try it someday, but for now, I think I will just enjoy this poem instead. It is good to have fun sometimes.
        Persistence is key

Thanks DION ~ To each his own ! The GONDOLAS under the Balloon do seem a little unstable and they rock ~ but one is strapped in and they have a good SAFETY RECORD ! The quietness and the unretricted view make it the best experience of a Birdeye View without the Dangers associated with Parachuting & Paragliding ! A trained operator is always in charge of a Hot Air Balloon ! Pleased you enjoyed it ~ Thanks for comment !

          Blessings & JOY ~ YOURS ANGELA & BRIAN 🧡🧡🧡🧡

            Blessings & Joy ~ YOURS ANGELA & BRIAN 🧡🧡🧡🧡

While visiting Mesai Mara, in Kenya, were scheduled to go Hot Air Balooning, weather permitting. Woke up at 4:30 in the morning, two days in a row - no go. On the second day ended up going safari, and captured the most memorable event of watching the 3 cheetahs and then 3 hyenas chase a gazelle, which escaped after being brought down twice.

            Well, another day

Looks good! But I would faint. I get dizzy going up some ladders. Well, don't keep going up ladders then Orchi! lol.

Well, you won't get me up in a balloon anytime soon but you did pen a fine acrostic...A and B!! Come to think of it it can't be any worse than that 3 seater Cessna I took once for a view of my own city. LOL

In our town we used to have a hot air balloon weekend. I went down early one morning and saw them all float off. We still see the occasional one floating across the town.
