Of Loneliness

Andrew Charles Forrest

Of Loneliness

Perpetual sand, the timer’s glass

The watched clock, slows the evening’s pass

I hear voices of spring by Johann Strauss

A haunted mind in an empty house

A beautiful write of the ache of loneliness

  • dusk arising

The torment of a lonely soul's ache with time. A haunting write.

THANKS ANDREW ~ We all suffer from lonliness from time to time ~ especially when we are separated form the one we LOVE ! As you know ANGELA (NZ) and I (GB) have been separated (physically) by 11,500 miles for over a Year (but our hearts still beat as ONE) between UK & NZ. I have plenty of Friends (and so does Angela in NZ) but at times we long to touch and not just talk ~ on phone or skype ! In OCTOBER I am travelling to NZ to bring ANGELA home again to Essex. We are getting married next year and we will never be lonely again ~ AMEN

We sit alone & try to Guess
    How such an empty ROOM*s
    So full of lonliness !

Blessings & Peace to You & Yours
    Love in the SPIRIT A & B 🧡🧡🧡🧡

Nothing prepares you for the sound of an empty house.
