Lamenting so its silent uncharged fobile moan

MY HAT ?  To save me from the scorching midday SUN

Just wear a knotted hanky ~ like every other  ENGLISHMAN !

If you have packed your own Electrical Utensil

90% of Brits forget something important when they go on Holiday !

We hate PACKING and our average time to PACK is only ONE HOUR !

*Just chuck something in the CASE ~ Syndrome !* The TEN most

This read brought a hoot of recognition from yours truly - - a great little masterclass I wish could be taped to the inside of every case - thank you dear duo for raising a smile on this dull rainy day......... Fay

THANKS FAY ~ Pleased you enjoyed it ! Angela & I always have a checklist which we tick off ! It is little things like plugs ~ medication and hats etc that one tends to forget ! Often these are not readily available whn you arrive ~ and can be expensive !

      Blessings & Peace & Love

Good fun write but as I haven’t been out of the country, unless you count Skye, I do not need a passport.

THANKS UNCLE ANDY ~ Pleased you enjoyed it ! We think DEAN*S is the best rendering of FAR AWAY PLACES ~ loved the video ! Travelling abroad is more tricky and PASSPORTS must be at least six months valid. The UK does offer much for a holiday ~ one can even understand the Scots and the food is always palatable and the tapwater potable and the climate ambient etc etc. We are going to Sevillia for our Honeymoon (Easter 2020) so we will both feel at HOME ! Especially ANGELA !

Blessings & Peace to YOU & JOYCE
Yours as ever ANGELA & BRIAN πŸ§‘πŸ’™πŸ§‘πŸ’™πŸ§‘

Brit weather now demands you pack a 'pak-a-mac'... although if u do get a soaking, chances are the wind will dry you soon though you may catch a head cold.

THANKS DA ~ FOR YOUR APT COMMENTS ! Yes now that the School Holidays have arrived ~ the weather is wetter & wetter. No bad floods in Essex yet ! Because of the heat wave many visitors turned up at our Coastal Resorts SANS ~ Umbrellas ~ Macks and just in Sandles ! Still sales of wet weather gear is good for the local economy ~ as well as the local (caught & grown) Fish & Chips !

          Blessings to You & Yours

Jeanne and I must be boringly methodical - yes we have a check list (don't forget the EHIC card, insurance contact details) and we rarely forget anything. Fine write nonetheless.

Thanks UNCLE MIKE : ANGELA here ! Nice to see a Couple cooperating in the PACKING : Most Men I know leave it to their wives and they come & check after its all packed. Or there is Division of Labour the Ladies take care of the Clothes (90% of the luggage) and the Men fuss about the *important things* like Foreign Currency ~ Tickets ~ Passports ~ Insurance ~ Phrase books etc etc. Because were not married (yet !) Brian & I usually pack our own case : OK ! Pleased you enjoyed the Post

Blessings & Peace to You & Jeanne

            Good write B&A.

            • ANGELA & BRIAN

Pleased you enjoyed it UNCLE STEVE ! Angela here ! In my experience Ladies do most of the PACKING and the Men enjoy getting Foreign Currency (Post Office) and Phrase Books & Travel Books from the Library etc ! Have you ever taken FIDO on Holiday or do you leave Him in A Stalag Wuft Dog Kennels ?

Blessing & Joy for YOU und Deiner Hundt Fido
Yours as always ANGELA & BRIAN πŸ§‘πŸ’™πŸ§‘πŸ’™πŸ§‘

              • orchidee

Thanks B&A. Oh Fido always has to be with me. He won't stay in any kennels. Someone married her dog on telly the other day. Fido wants me to marry him now. lol.
Well, it would be a thousand times better than at present. I married Kate Price (KP) one Halloween you see. She's never home mind you - always in the papers, or having Botox, to look more like a fish, or she's doing something else insane.

              • Suresh

Won't it be lovely if we do forget to pack everything but products of hygiene, protection and maybe a change of clothes - now that's a vacation

              • Suresh

.... or buy them once we get there, to boost the local economy.

                • ANGELA & BRIAN

Thanks SURESH : ANGELA here (Its 8:30 am Thursday in NZ : My first Clinic is at 11am !). When BRIAN & I go abroad we always take lots of Foreign Currency : and yes we do buy all the things we have forgotten to pack. In the USA we buy a lot in the Thrift Shops because they are hardly worn & a fraction of the price ! We feel we do assist (if not boost) the Local Economy ! In developing Countries like Africa - Mexico - S America & Cuba we always buy lots of local things for Presents etc and we always give good tips ! For many Developing Countries : Tourism is a vital earner !

Blessings & Peace to You & Yours
