The Girl Who Stole The Moon

Andrew Charles Forrest

The girl who stole the moon

The 15th of January was the day

When everything changed

Everything I thought I knew

Had all been rearranged

As if each day until this day

Had been in preparation

Now nothing can stand in our way

You owned my adoration

My world had moved a million miles

Within an afternoon

My heart... I lost and now belongs

To the girl who stole the moon
