Tune: Lyngham
(one tune to 'O for a thousand tongues to sing')
*********
Psalm 100 v.2
All lands, to the LORD, make noise joyful
On His great name do call
On His great name do call
Serve the LORD here with gladness true
Sing praise to Him anew
Sing praise to Him anew
Sing praise, sing praise to Him anew
Psalm 101 v.1
I will sing His mercy, loving-kindness
Look to me, do me bless
Look to me, do me bless
And of His judgements I too sing
Just, right in everything
Just, right in everything
Just, right, just, right, in everything
Psalm 102 v.27-28
You are the same, your years no end
Send us you help, defend
Send us your help, defend
Us from all enemies, so we
Continue constantly
Continue constantly
Continue, continue constantly
Psalm 103 v.1
All that is in me the LORD bless
his good name do confess
His good name do confess
It be holy for evermore
Proclaim from shore to shore
Proclaim from shore to shore
Proclaim, proclaim from shore to shore
Psalm 103 v.2
As far is the west from the east
From greatest unto least
From greatest unto least
So far has He our sins removed
His mercy to us proved
His mercy to us proved
His mercy, His mercy to us proved
Psalm 103 v.20
Bless the LORD, you His angels, [of] Him tell
You do in strength excel
You do in strength excel
His commands you do e'er obey
You hear His voice alway
You hear His voice alway
You hear, you hear His voice alway
Psalm 104 v.24
O LORD, how manifold your works are
Earth, sun, moon, shining star
Earth, sun, moon, shining star
In wisdom you have made them all
They of your riches full
They of your riches full
They of, they of your riches full

Good one Orchi, the psalms are worth reading.
Thanks Gold. It may take longer to sing some songs, than to read them, if the songs have a slow pace - and this one gets repetitive too, though good for emphasis.
It seems clear to me that Aristotle was spot on when he said
'The whole is greater than the psalm of its parts'
Many would have it he was referring to synergy... but hymnergy would seem to apply too ... at least in my book..
Have a good day O
Neville
Thanks Neville. We was a bit short on people at church. We had artificial help with recording of hymns played, to help us along!
I'm gonna re-gale ya, if it's not windy enough already!
Oooh regale me , regale me, or perhaps not!
Thanks M lol. Will it be regaling as in a load of guff or hot air?!
I was with you 'til the last psalm when you started sing about your car the shining star and it's manifolds
I called the AA at that point
Great write Orchi blessings of the day
Thanks Andrew lol.
