A NEW KNEE
It’s a new knee for me
so housebound I’ll be
unable to drive
but I’ll survive
though it might be a while
before I compile
a poem to post
but I’ll do my utmost
to ensure that my pen
is soon active again.

Good Morning UNCLE MIKE - ANGELA here. Too much Prayng ? ! or Too much Gardening ? ! It should not impeded you Writing & Painting too much (unless you are a Foot painter !). Many of my CLIENTS have had JOINTS replaced - so I am very familiar with the ROAD to Full Mobility ! Details will be sent ina Plain Brown Envelope ! A Month and you*ll be the Bees Knees - Up & out & about again ! Promise me one thing - Obey your PHYSIOTERRORISTS as if your Life depended on THEM - because it really DOES - like the Police we have to be CRUEL to be KIND - just Trust & Obey - OK !
Love the GEESE - Love the POEM
Love YOU - ANGELA 🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡
Gee thanks - I will obey them. The one problem I have is that I can't use ice packs being a sufferer of cold induced urticaria - a toss up between pain and insufferable itching. Heigh ho!
Good luck Michael, my friend , be sure you shall be sore knee missed.....
Neville 🙂
I've asked for a new 360 degree swiveller but I don't think I'll be that lucky - cheers Neville.
Ah' the old 360.. shall keep my fingers crossed for ya..
Great rhyme you'll be up and around in no time!
The mind is strong in this one!
I'm sure I will be - thanks PD
All the best Michael... In our thoughts and don't rush things... Nothin good came from rushed things
Take care
Great advice - thanks Andrew.
Sending you bestest of wishes dear friend - people tell me they wished they had been for that op. moons ago as their knee joint is working like new again....... your pen and brush wont allow you too long a convalescence so will expect to welcome those droll verses back soon. Warm hugs for luck until then......... xx....xx......... from Fay
Oh those droll verses will soon return - Thanks so much dear friend.
I can just imagine you in your painting, all prim and proper, after your surgery.
Michael,
Wishing you all the best on this surgery day! You’ll be up and about in no time...
kicking you know what!!
A speedy recovery, Maestro!
~Laura~
