Tune: Ach Got Und Herr
('Strengthen for service, Lord, the hands')
Psalm 17 v.1-7
********
Hear the right cause, LORD, and attend
To my cry, and your help send
Give ear to my prayer, it unfeigned
Not by any deceit stained
Let my vindication from you
Come forth, and be present true
Let your eyes behold the upright
No evil stand in your sight
You have proved my heart, visited
Me, searched me, and have tested
In night and day, O look and see
My will, desire to you be
I purpose not to sin freely
But forgive me where I be
Weak, prone to fall, uphold me do
Strengthen me again anew
Hold up in your paths my feet sure
That my footsteps slip ne'ermore
I have upon you called Lord, for
O God help me from grace-store
Show your loving-kindness, O you
Who save by your right hand true
They who trust in you, enemy
By you be downcast, each one

Blessings & Joy for You & Funky Fido

Thanks B&A. I dunno what Remainers are moaning about. Why, we've stayed in since 2016. Erm, I not quite got the hang of the voting system. No, Orchi, the majority vote wins. Doh!
Fido will allow OMG, but not in its usual use of people just saying it for the sake of it, or out of surprise, etc.
