Defend to to the end

Your Spirit to us send

To guide in your way

To show us each day

Your path, help us, we pray

 

In meditation

Or joy, elation

We in contemplation

Seek to know you more

And you us assure

Of your rich treasure-store

 

Yet in troubles here

You through them us steer

Still we may know you near

Help us trust that you

Will us so renew

We give you glory due

        Good write Orchi. Those Taize chants can be quite compelling, I have sung a few of them, I know this one and started singing it, the customers in the coffee bar did not join in!

              ANGELA HERE - 8am Friday ! Brian & I love Taize and we hear it quite alot in Essex UK. WE like it when it incorporates a range of Languages singing the same song & tune ! They do have Taize in NZ it is very sophorific - sends me to sleep. Love the Poem *O Lord give us LIGHT* Thanks for caring & sharing !

                  Thanks Uncle Steve - Yes there are lots of FIDOS in NZ and the MAORIS love DOGS. When I meet one I will shout ORCHIDEE at him ! If he *Tags his Wale* I will know its YOUR FIDO - DOWN UNDER - OK !
