- Comment from author about the poem: A hymn-poem in 5.5.6. 5.5.6. metre. Some repetitive 'choruses' can become tiresome. Though this is the nature of Taize Chants. Sing it as few or many times as you wish.

Good write Orchi. Those Taize chants can be quite compelling, I have sung a few of them, I know this one and started singing it, the customers in the coffee bar did not join in!

ANGELA HERE - 8am Friday ! Brian & I love Taize and we hear it quite alot in Essex UK. WE like it when it incorporates a range of Languages singing the same song & tune !
