I'm also a fish lover - from simple poached with just the subtle flavour through to curried fish with all the flavours of the orient.
ANGELA HERE (5:30 pm Sunday Evening) FISH is a very important part of the Cuisine of every Country on the PLANET ! They were the only ANIMAL Noah didnt take into the ARK and Man has been looking for them ever since !
Poached Fish (sans sauce) retain all the SUBTLE flavours !
Blessings & Peace to You & Yours

I have fish at least once a week normally salmon or tuna, to my mind cooking fish is a fast food evening.
